LyricFind is currently hiring for the position of Office & Finance Administrator. The Office & Finance Administrator coordinates and/or carries out all bookkeeping and routine office functions necessary to support the business activities of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
o Ensure that all invoices to customers are prepared on a timely basis
o Ensure that all expense reports and suppliers’ invoices are adequately supported in preparation for payment
o Contact customers, as required, to ensure the prompt payment of outstanding invoices
o Enter financial transactions in the Company’s books of account
o Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis
Competencies
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Education and/or Experience
Post-secondary school education, with 2-3 years experience handling bookkeeping and other administrative duties in a small office environment.
