LyricFind, the world’s leading lyric licensing platform, has recently launched it’s first consumer-facing business, LyricMerch. allows fans to produce and order on-demand, custom lyric merchandise. The coolest part is that we ensure the songwriters get paid back with every purchase.

LyricMerch is looking for a Partnership Manager, based in Toronto. The Partnership Manager will source and contact potential marketing and affiliate partners to drive traffic to the LyricMerch site and drive sales through partner channels. These partners can include but are not limited to artists and artist management, songwriters, social media influencers, fashion and lifestyle brands, and more. You love talking to people and know how to sustain professional relationships. You have your thumb on the music industry pulse (and pop culture in general), knowing which artists are about to break and what trends are so 2007. More so, you know what sells and what doesn’t. Maybe you’ll know exactly how to sell it!

So, what are we looking for in a Partnership Manager?

  • Are connected to artists, social media influencers, songwriters, or more
  • Have a thorough understanding of various marketing channels and their potential
  • Are business-savvy and can handle a spreadsheet and projections, as well as a business negotiation
  • Can work effectively with minimal supervision – we don’t micro-manage (who has time for that?)
  • Are energetic, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people through all channels

Why work for LyricFind and LyricMerch? There are lots of perks!

  • Working with a young dynamic team
  • An awesome, newly-expanded and subway-accessible office at Yonge & Eglinton
  • A pool table, dart board, and piano in the office
  • Weekly fruit delivery
  • All the coffee, mochaccino, cappuccino, and whatever-a-ccino you can drink
  • A beer tap in the office
  • Quarterly lunch and movie days (or sometimes other fun activities like ping pong!)
  • A comprehensive benefits package
  • Three weeks vacation plus bonus days like Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve (who wants to work then anyway? And what’s the point of a half day?)

Sound like a good fit for you? To apply, drop us a line at and let us know why you’re the ideal candidate, and what your favourite design on LyricMerch is (seriously – this is here to make sure you’ve read this far!).
