Strategic, has joined the company’s Board
of Directors.

Most recently, Cohen served as Senior Vice President
of Digital Development & Distribution at EMI Music
where he oversaw next-generation digital business development,
including labels such as Capitol, Virgin, and Blue Note.
Under Cohen’s guidance, EMI Music led with its
initiatives in new technologies and business models.
Cohen has also served as a consultant to a number of
digital music companies, including Napster, Amazon,
Microsoft, Universal Studios New Media, DreamWorks Records,
Liquid Audio, Wherehouse Records/Checkout.com, and many
others. He has also served in senior management positions
at both Warner Bros. Records and Phillips Media.
